Our Summer Programs

Learn To Row Days
Our Learn to Row Days are for upcoming 5th - 12th graders who have never rowed before. Come try our amazing sport and learn about the basics of rowing and meet our team. Our Learn to Row Days are FREE, but Space is limited.

Beginner Sumer Rowing
This Camp is for new rowers that are looking to learn, grow, and get fit this summer. Rowers meet each morning for a week and learn the basics of the stroke that will prepare them for the end of the summer race (if desired) or for rowing in the fall !

Advanced Sumer Rowing
This camp is for upcoming 6th - 12th-grade rowers with 1 or more seasons of experience. The summer session will run each morning from 8 - 10. Rowers will build on the strength and conditioning from previous seasons while preparing rowers for the end of the summer race in Daytona.
Beginner Summer Rowing:
Week 1 - June 13th - June 17th
Week 2 - June 20th - June 24th
Week 3 - June 27th - July 1st
Week 4 - July 11th - July 15th
8:00 - 10:15 am (Arrive by 7:55)
Purpose: This is for incoming (2022-2023 School Year) 5th - 12th-grade rowers who are new to the sport. Rowers will learn basic skills and become more comfortable in the boat and on the water.
Interested in continuing?: Rowers can go for another week for $125/week or join the advanced Summer Rowing sessions for $175 with coaches' approval.
Advanced Summer Rowing:
Begins June 13th and runs through July 21st
Begins on 6/13 and runs through 7/21 - Unlimited rowing M - F - Rowers are asked to give coaches a schedule of attendance the week prior so lineups and plans can be adjusted and changed. (No rowing 7/4 - 7/8)
Purpose: Hone skills in both sculling and sweeping - continue conditioning and strength training. A folder of videos that can be used for feedback will be stored within a folder for viewing by rowers, parents, and other coaches, including college coaches. Strength and conditioning plans and goals for the upcoming season(s) will be developed throughout the summer session. These plans will be given out during the last week of the summer session.
Option of going to Halifax Regatta on 7.23 - Cost $75 - Shirt is included in the cost of camp!
