The Drawing will be held on December 16, 2023 during the Winter Henley at Canal 54.

Winner will be chosen by random drawing and announced live on social media.
Winner need not be present to win - will be contacted via phone/email.
Any US resident above 18 is eligible to participate.
Your participation in the 2023 Sebastian River Rowing Golf Cart Raffle helps offset some of the costs of this expensive sport. By supporting Sebastian River Rowing, you are helping to provide our local youth with the opportunity to stay on the water.

Raffle Rules
- Winner need not be present to win.
- Winners will be chosen by a random selection.
- Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
- Delivery included within 75 miles of the boathouse at Canal 54
- Prize is offered “as is” at time of drawing.
- The drawing is being conducted by Sebastian River Rowing (a Non-Profit Under section 501(c)(3) ) whose principle place of business is 13955 Fellsmere Grade Road, Fellsmere, Florida 32948.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of United States of America
- Winners will be contacted via phone, email and/or mailing address provided at the time of registration within 15 days of drawing
- Any personal and contact information provided while will be confidential.
